Our Postpartum Doula Office Visit is provided by a Certified Doula and Lactation Consultant, ensuring you receive compassionate, expert care for both postpartum recovery and feeding support. This visit is a safe, non-judgmental space where we help you through the early weeks of motherhood, focusing on both your physical and emotional needs. Feeding Support: Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, pumping, or using formula, we offer personalized guidance to help you find the best approach for you and your baby. Emotional Support: We’re here to listen and offer a comforting presence as you navigate the emotional challenges of new motherhood, providing reassurance and encouragement along the way. Infant Care: Get practical advice on newborn care, from diapering to soothing techniques, helping you feel more confident in understanding and responding to your baby’s needs. Physical Recovery: Whether you had a vaginal delivery or C-section, we provide gentle support to aid your recovery, offering tips on healing and self-care to help you feel more comfortable. Postpartum Education: Learn more about the changes your body is going through, postpartum healing, and how to care for both yourself and your baby during this precious time.
